About this PSA

Need help navigating NYC’s mental health system? The NAMI-NYC Helpline is here for you. Calls are confidential and answered by trained family members and people living with mental illness. Through the helpline, you can find out about NAMI-NYC Metro’s support groups, classes, and events and learn about mental illness and treatments. Callers can also get referrals for services, dual diagnosis programs, housing, legal assistance, and more. Call the Helpline at 212-684-3264, or send an email to helpline@naminyc.org.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness of New York City (NAMI-NYC) offers free mental health programs and community to anyone who needs them.
