About this PSA

Since 1973, the Fund for the City of New York's Sloan Public Service Awards has honored outstanding civil servants whose work performance and commitment to the public are extraordinary. In honoring these winners, the Awards acknowledge the contribution and sacrifice of the hundreds of thousands of dedicated public servants who, with innovation and dedication, perform the work that keeps the largest and most densely populated city in the United States running.
