About this PSA

As the federal government officially rolls back pandemic restrictions and ends the public health emergency, Urban Health Plan has launched a new multimedia campaign to bring awareness to the continued importance of COVID vaccines and boosters, while pointing to a new day and hope for tomorrow. As the nation collectively enters this new phase in living with the virus, which at the height of the emergency devastated communities, the campaign message is clear: Be confident about tomorrow, get vaccinated or boosted today.

About the Organization

Urban Health Plan (UHP) is a not-for-profit system of twelve health centers, one mental health center, twelve school-based health centers and three part-time clinics, located in New York City’s South Bronx, Corona, Queens and Central Harlem communities. Founded in 1974, UHP provides comprehensive and affordable primary and specialty health care services to all of the communities they serve, regardless of a person's ability to pay.
