Shatterproof Treatment Atlas is a confidential, free-to-the-public, nonprofit platform that is publicly available to help people find and compare addiction treatment facilities for substance use disorders, including alcohol and drugs, so that they can make informed decisions for their care. The PSA aims to increase awareness of the platform so people with substance use disorders or their friends and families can search to find care based on criteria such as location, use of best practices, types of treatment offered, accepted insurers, payment options, specialty populations served, and patient experiences. Treatment Atlas is available in English and Spanish.
Shatterproof is a national nonprofit organization that provides trusted guidance and support to communities; removes systemic and social barriers to treatment; and mobilizes the country to advocate for change and to end addiction stigma. The “proof” in Shatterproof is that everything presented is science-based, dedicated to helping people with substance use disorders gain access to life-saving treatment and resources to guide them through the medical condition of addiction.
