As we approach winter and the holiday season, home becomes central for many of us: A place to keep warm, host our family and friends, and serve as the backdrop for joy and celebration. A new PSA from Urban Pathways aims to raise awareness for the large number of New Yorkers who will be going through winter and the holidays without a home this season, calling attention to the way that experience exacerbates many of the struggles of homelessness.
Urban Pathways provides a range of services and support to New Yorkers experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, ranging from direct outreach to permanent supportive housing. They meet individuals where they are, addressing their needs through a continuum of care, and support them on their journey to stability.
